About Twende Tanzania – your partner for individual safari in Tanzania

May I introduce myself? I’m Godfrey Mosses-Rodenhausen, and I am your personal travel planner. I founded Twende Tanzania because three things have always moved me. First, the country where I was born. Second, the nature that I experienced on numerous self-guided safaris. And third, the people who gave me enthusiastic feedback from their safaris experiences

I was born in Arusha, Tanzania. I have lived with my wife and our three children in Switzerland for many years, as well as periodically in Tanzania. For more than a decade I have been showing individuals, couples, families and small groups the natural beauties of Tanzania.
With my knowledge and my experience, I will also make your safari trip an unforgettable adventure. I have reliable partners supporting me both in Switzerland and in Arusha. I know all the destinations well, including what they are like in the different seasons. I know most of the guides, drivers and assistants, and I always personally verify the overnight accommodation and meal offers.

The safaris in the various national parks and the encounters with the residents are a pleasant experience for me, too – and make me feel proud to have grown up in this fabulous country.
You can discuss your very personal travel wishes with me. I would be happy to sit down with you and your fellow travellers. Our discussion can take place in your home, in my office or anywhere else you choose. I speak German and understand Swiss German. We can also talk to each other in English. Or maybe even Swahili
